Sore Muscles? It’s time to stretch and breathe… it’s time for YOGA!. The purpose of yoga is to create strength, awareness and harmony in the mind and body. We make it easy to practice yoga at Cape Fear Wellness Center. We offer weekly classes and private sessions. Alignment based Vinyasa, Gentle, Prenatal, supported Chair Yoga & Reiki.

Our Vinyasa Yoga classes are on Thursday s from 6- 7pm. We do centering, warm up, postures, guided relaxation and aromatherapy. If you’re a beginner or experienced yogi all are welcome.

Our supported chair yoga practices offer the same benefits while safely sitting in a chair. These classes are Fridays from 10 – 11am.
